Hey, I went to my first appointment and when the lady was asking me questions about my health and she was asking me questions and she asked me if I worked out. I am a little bigger since I did have my son nine months ago and when she asked me if I worked out she giggled. She made me feel very uncomfortable and I feel like that was very unprofessional.
I had a wonderful experience at MedStar Health: Primary Care at Silver Spring. The service was exceptional, and the doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. The staff made everything smooth and stress-free, and I felt truly listened to during my visit. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for quality care and a professional, welcoming environment.
I appreciated being able to pre-register online to save time. One of the things I appreciate most about Medstar is the management of my medical records. Much of my information from the past was already recorded. Dr. Francis was able to pull my records and view past treatments and procedures for the most part.
