Everyone was so nice. I loved the receptionist, and the nurse or medical assistant who helped me. The doctor was nice but not engaged. He kind of wanted to wrap this up asap. And the medicine I was prescribed made my ear hurt so much more. I was in agony last night. I looked up just the name of the med. Adverse reactions exactly like mine are very common. I’m terrified of taking it again. I’m going to an ENT tomorrow.
Fairly long wait despite an appointment. However, the doctor made up for it with kindness, knowledge and follow through (called the pharmacy and stayed on the phone to make sure they received the prescription).
Ran out of my prescription and they were speedy and helpful and dd not question my need to have my prescription refilled.
