Very unhappy with this place. Don't take your family member there for Cath tests. Nurse was ok but never recorded I have drug allergy even states on my paper work no drug allergy after I told every single person that worked on me. Meds gave in lab were given after the doctor started work therefore I felt everything. The doctor was too worried about getting to where he was going that night and was the next patient ready. Dr. O'Keefe is a total awesome doctor. He listens and is very caring and empathetic. I have been to several doctors most make you wait for hours and then give you two minutes to diagnose. Dr. O'keefe is totally fabulous. You can not go wrong going to him.
"Run!" is what I would tell my best friend about Dr. Neal. She is the worst doctor I have ever had. When I pregnancy I was a high risk pregnancy. She would not listen to me when I told her I was in labor. My daughter was in distress during my labor, and the cord was wrapped around her neck, which the nurse told me, not Dr. Neil. I would NEVER tell anyone to go to her. I would see a vet before I would ever go to her again.
Dr. Melissa Yadao is by far the most unprofessional doctor I've had the displeasure of seeing. Injured severely in an accident, waited no less than 35min for each of my 10+ appointments. horrendous bed side manner, rude, uncaring. 10 day wait for her to fill out forms and paperwork. once forms are complete they are sloppy and halfway filled out. never under any circumstances would i recommend her to friends or family. reader beware.
As a medical practice I found righttime to be great. The way they do check in to the way patients are treated, to the check out process is great. What I don't like is the way management treats its employees. I think they pay them poorly for the work they do, as well as reward hard work, punctuality and dedication with termination over stupid reasons. I think a company should take care of hard workers not punish them. But who am I to say. I believe in treat others like you would expect to be treated.
Great hospital ..the best nurses ever..clean..courteous staff..really attentive to patient's and families needs.
I've been going here for years but I've had enough of the nurse's (not all of them) bad attitudes. They are unhappy and rude.
