Front desk service is absolutely abysmal - as in, your mere presence here is a bother to me. I understand emergencies happen and the doctor has to cancel last minute - feigning a modicum of empathy / responsibility for the inconvenience feels like the bare minimum. Finding a new provider.
Dr. Dhar is great. We've been using her for more than 15 years. She listens, is patient, and cares about you. She also, personally, calls with results of any test the next day. However, just yesterday she took blood work late afternoon and called me early this morning! The only thing I do not like now is that all calls go through a call center--whereas, it used to be that the office staff themselves used to answer the phone. But, once in the office, the staff is very good and helpful.
Waited a long tons to see my doctor.
Dr. Bisk and staff are always very efficient, professional and caring. I have been a patient for several decades and have recommended her practice to several friends.
