I was notified that my doctor left the practice by a letter received in the mail this past summer. No one called me in regards to the appointment I already had scheduled for September. I called and requested an appointment with another provider, got it scheduled, along with labs. Over the last 3 years this location has made significant improvements, changing my rating to 5 stars. Competent and professional front desk staff who promptly answer the phone and are kind at check-in and checkout. I love Dr. Bailey and her nursing staff. Thank you for investing in a team who treats patients with care! No response from the on-call doctor.
