Grateful for Medstar. I enjoy the service received from the entire staff. They truly are connected! They must take some type of training that makes them outstanding! From the front desk to the doctor they exhibit excellency!!! Let's not forget those who work throughout Medstar like those who serve food, etc. Do you all take something like The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center training?
