The front desk is the worst. The two foreign women at the desk have the worst snotty attitude. Yes the checkin is there still they act as if they are so booked and busy and have no care for the patient, that they can’t look up from those computers and speak to a patient. Very disrespectful and rude. You’re not that busy, terrible customer service and I don’t plan on taking any of my children back to that clinic.
I came to my appointment 30 mins early, checked my self in at the kiosk and the staff somehow left me waiting in the waiting room without ever calling me to the front desk to fully check me in. It wasn’t until an hour later when I walked up and asked about my appt that they even assisted me. But was sitting at the front desk talking about purchases they made for over 30 mins while forgetting about their patient.
