There was a long wait after checking in for my appointment, but it was not unusually long. The office is understandably busy. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely pleasant and professional. I can’t thank them or Dr. Mesfin enough for how well my surgery and recovery has been going. I don’t have a single complaint.
The staff was very professional and helpful.
