Months ago, I was flown to Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore where I had emergency open heart surgery to replace a dissected aneurysm on my ascending aorta. I am alive and doing well thanks to the wonderful, highly skilled doctors, nurses, and staff at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital.
