I would love to give MedStar Orthopaedic Institute 5 stars because Dr. Nicholas D. Casscells has been outstanding. Unfortunately, I cannot because of my experience with Dr. Paul Cooper. As a Black woman, I left my appointments questioning whether I was receiving the same level of care as other patients. During one visit, I overheard Dr. Cooper speaking with a white male patient in a nearby room. He asked detailed questions, engaged in conversation, and appeared genuinely interested in understanding that patient’s concerns. W... read more
Dr Cooper proves time and time again he is the best foot and ankle surgeon anywhere. Repaired my Achilles with no problem and recovery was easy and well-organized. Thank you Dr Paul Cooper and all the amazing people at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital!
