Tl;dr: Thank you Ean! I could not have had a better experience with the doctors, nurses, support staff, and especially the physical therapists at this facility. I had major knee surgery last year at medstar Lafayette which included six months of intensive PT. Ean Roche, the physical therapist to whom I was assigned, was the key figure in essentially a life changing surgery that enabled me to be mobile without pain.
