Very poor customer service un organizing system unprofessional didn’t inform what they need from the patient in advance wasted almost more than 2 hours very disappointed what they did.
This is 3 stars due to the outrageously idiotic scheduling process. You call and make an appointment with a human. No confirmation number. Nothing. No surprise the first two attempts didn’t take. Once I was adamant demanding a proof I got the appointment which I should be thankful for after 9 months but the issue at stake here is likely cancer. Excellent surgical team at this facility! I trust no other with my care. Dr. Shastri is the absolute best; very meticulous and caring.
