A disorganized office and very poor patient support. I had a longstanding appointment last year only to find out a week beforehand that my doctor had retired. I was supposed to get a call to set a new appointment but no one ever contacted me. Now that I have an eye issue I tried making an appointment with them last week but they don't answer their phones or allow you to leave a message. I sent them an appointment request via the website but a week has passed and I haven't received a response.
This was my first experience returning after several years, following my diagnosis with an inherited eye disease. After completing the new electronic check-in process, a staff member came to assist me. Having conducted my own research to find the appropriate specialist, I believe I have found the right doctor to help me. The doctor put my anxiety at ease regarding the path forward, and I am feeling less apprehensive.
Dr. Oboh-Welles is a fabulous doctor and an extremely kind advocate. I know that I am in the best of hands under her care.
My experience with the doctor was excellent. The checking in and out portion could be a little quicker.
