Although it takes a long time to get an appointment, the service is great. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
The hearing team is the BEST! From the front desk to the hearing test team, they manage the whole process professionally and efficiently. And I appreciate their walk-in clinics for adjusting hearing aides. Just a great experience all around. I have a lot of confidence in their care.
My audiologist, Ms.Emma Wolf Is very patient and kind she takes the time to make sure that I’m doing well and my hearing aids are working efficiently.
Very unhappy with the appointment. Very unprofessional .
