i had a complete audiological exam. The audiologist put me at ease and was very professional. She explained each test and shared results. During the exam my hearing aids were checked and cleaned. I feel like I received excellent care and would recommend them highly.

The staff at Washington Hospital Center Hearing and Speech Department are the best. They are very professional. The wait is never long. I was called before my appointment time. They give excellent care.
It was a great time I mean first who wants to be up that early and have things stuck in your ears then listening to people who just want you to repeat them then the beeps you'd have thought hunchback of Notre Dame had bell problems just wait... kidding aside it's just routine and important to do I have never known so much about the ear in my life, I always thought it was a hole in my head I hear from, so don't be afraid to ask questions about what is going on or why are you doing that, ears are important and you going throug... read more
