The service as always is excellent the answer any questions you have or concerns they even ask you do you have any questions or do they make sense when they explain in your condition or whatever to you do you understand what's going with their saying to you very very professional and kind at the same time I would not go to another hospital on my own outside of Washington hospital center
Incompetent front office fails to answer phone, pretty much ever. They will also botch your insurance and you'll end up paying out of pocket when you shouldn't. Good luck trying to contact them to fix it. They'll ignore all your calls and then send collections after you.
Everyone in the facilities are very helpful and friendly. You can ask anybody in the building for help and they always are helpful. I'm very thankful to be able to use their services. Thanks again! James.
