absolutely disgusting and rude staff at the mental health unit. i was in the unit and had an allergic reaction, and it took over two hours for them to get the doctor to give me an epi-pen. i was curled up on the floor unable to breath and the staff looked at me with disgust. they had absolutely no sympathy and only made situations worse. maybe it’s different now, but im still pissed about it to this day
If I could give a less than one star, I would. I have had to call there about 10 times now and each time I was met with extreme unprofessionalism. The staff is very rude. I will take my services elsewhere. As a person who relies on MedStar providers for all of my needs—I absolutely am disgusted by this office.
For an establishment dealing in peoples' mental health, this place is *dangerously* negligent and difficult to deal with. I came in first to see J. Wolfish, who almost immediately put me off by being rather brusque and argumentative, cutting me off several times - every session involved a time-wasting multiple choice gauge of your "depression" (never asked anything I came to discuss) - to top it off at one point I sighed "Oh Lorddd" after having to say something difficult and his joke in reply was "You can call me Jeff"... s... read more
