The nursing staff really did a great job. Very organized very professional very caring. The actual procedure that I had itself went very smoothly. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing. The doctor did a great job! I was so impressed! Could not have asked for more!
I must say my annual mammogram is not my favorite part of the year, however my recent visit to Medstar Union memorial was by far the best experience yet. Not only am I greeted with a smile but the professionalism and experience of my tech was outstanding. I felt cared for and valued. Cheryl was quick yet efficient explaining each step of the process. This was my first mammogram with contrast and I learned that it is not offered at every imaging center. Ladies this is the place to be for your annual exam.
Hospital is exceptionally clean. The doctors, technicians and medical staff are always very polite, friendly, out going. All are very professional. I would recommend Union Memorial Hospital to everyone!
