We had the most terrible experience at this urgent care today. My five year old daughter bumped her head at a summer camp and was in pain. We arrived at Medstar at 5:30 pm. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, a nurse called us. She did the regular check in and told us to wait in a tiny room. She locked the door and the air circulation was bad. I didn’t think it was possible for the primary care office of MedStar Health at Chevy Chase to get any worse. In seven years I have had to switch doctors four times. Why? Because their doctors keep leaving. Now, the office doesn’t have a doctor at all. You read that right, their doctor’s office no longer has a doctor. They allege one may be back to work in December.
