My experience started off rocky when there were some barriers to booking with missing emails, and I have to admit I was very disappointed when they cancelled my appointment day of, 30 minutes after confirming it… But once I rescheduled I was blown away by how smoothly everything went. They were flexible with my work schedule, and the person who did the training and drop-off afterwards was incredibly professional and helpful with all my questions. A potentially sour experience turned altogether sweet; thank you, Med Sleep!
MedSleep/Avantsleep does a great job helping patients and clients get the sleep rejuvenation they need to live a more fulfilling life. From equipment, to rentals and even submitting documents to the Ministry they truly a place all their own. Thanks for helping me MedSleep!
I had too many issues with the mask, Humidity settings and general Comfort so I returned the machine. It was no one’s fault that it wasn’t for me. However, when I had my first appt I was told I had to put a $200 deposit down as the equipment was expensive and it assured its return and they could not reuse the mask. I thought maybe $50 non refundable for the mask and upon return I’d get the remainder. This was not the case and this was not explained to me. Therefore, I just wanted $200 into MedSleep’s pockets. I was told by Allison that I was fully covered for new sleep app machine. This happened over two months ago and I have not heard back from anyone. I definitely need new equipment but why should I have to pay for it when it is covered under insurance for this company. Extremely frustrated.
If I could give this organization 0 stars, I would. Between the inflexible scheduling, threatening messaging ("Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will also result in an invoice for $100 and you run the risk of not being allowed to reschedule."), I was feeling completely mistreated. There is also a ridiculous schedule for picking up and dropping off equipment that forces ordinary 9-5 workers to miss multiple hours of work.
