I arrived 15 minutes early at 1:45pm The lady came out tapping her watch saying you are 15 minutes early, so I won’t be coming out to get you until 2pm. I said ok. Then she proceeds to bring me and a man into the tiny office together to get weighed in front of each other & our height taken . Very unprofessional to do a medical assessment in front of another patient. I will never recommend Medi Sleep at 735 Goldstream Ave.
My girlfriend and I were visiting Vancouver Island from the Portland, Oregon area at the end of March 2024. It wasn’t until we were there that we realized my girlfriend left the power cord to her sleep apnea machine at home. After several hours of calls and visits we were fortunate enough to stop in here in the hopes of finding a spare cord. Doesn’t actually open up until 9 , was informed they cannot guarantee any one will be there at posted time of 8:30am; do not go by what is listed on there site.
The staff at the MedSleep Langford location are alway professional and friendly. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.
