I CAM WITH MY WIFE AND AT FIRST EVERYTHING WAS FINE WE CAME IN NO WAIT NO LINES THE NURSE GOT US SIGNED IN AND WAITED FOR 15 MINS OR SO NOT VERY LONG TO SEE DR.DRAKE ONCE THEY PUT ME IN THE ER THEY HAD I TOOK FOREVER THEY LEFT US IN THE ER AFTER I WAS PREPPED WALKED IN TO THE NEXT ROOM AND HAD LUNCH THE BUILDING IS A TRAILER WITH PAPER THIN WALLS AS YOU WAIT YOU HEAR EVERYTHING THE NURSES DIDNT SEEM CONCERN FOR ME ONLY FOR THEIR WENDYS SALADS MAX TIME I WAITED 40 MINS AND THEN DR. DRAKE CAME IN HE WAS A QUACK! I MEAN I SWORE... read more
There was no wait and they took me in first thing Sunday morning(10am). By 10:30am I was at Walgreens getting the medication and back in bed by 10:45. They were very explanatory to the reason behind the medication and catered it to my needs/pain.
It is an urgent care, I was very pleased with the service, the Doctor and the staff are so pleasant and dedicated. Plus there is no waiting.I highly recommend this urgent care facility Sonia
