Fast, efficient, and pleasant. Was in and out within 30 minutes but did not feel rushed. Would definitely recommend.
I went to Medsave on a Saturday morning right after they opened; there was no one else waiting, so it went very quick. The lady at the receptionist desk was very polite and really nice. I got back into the exam room rather quickly and the Doctor came in within just a matter or minutes. The Doctor was also very pleasant to talk to. Overall this is an exceptional clinic and I would definately go back.
After reading the review from a prior patient I was skeptical about going to MedSave. I went anyway and was surprised at the excellent service and attention I received. I was very impressed with everything and would definately go to Dr. Drake and his staff agian. The wait was not bad and Dr. Drake was very attentive to me. I was seen at Medsave on Mon. It was my first consult with Dr. Drake, the neurology/pain management specialist I was reffered to. I was immediately welcomed and the receptionist was especially nice. I even had to take along my 4 1/2 year old daughter- who was also treated nicely and respectfully. I did not wait long. I called this clinic to see if my insurance was accepted and they told me more than once, yes and it was in my Network. I then recieved a hefty bill 3 months later because the information they gave me was wrong. They then argued with me & said it was not their fault that they gave me wrong information. AND told me they were in my Network yet another time (WRONG AGAIN!) DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT want to take responsibility for giving out wrong information and didnt care about me as a customer. This clinic was very unprofessional, that wait was outrageous. the waiting was filled with patients that were high, it was obvious it is also a pain clinic.The service was poor and the wait was forever then after i left i needed a prior authorization done it never got done and i had to go to doctors office to get my meds called in to the ins . co. the nurse at medsave replied i do not how to do a prior authorization. Is she really A Nurse??

I CAM WITH MY WIFE AND AT FIRST EVERYTHING WAS FINE WE CAME IN NO WAIT NO LINES THE NURSE GOT US SIGNED IN AND WAITED FOR 15 MINS OR SO NOT VERY LONG TO SEE DR.DRAKE ONCE THEY PUT ME IN THE ER THEY HAD I TOOK FOREVER THEY LEFT US IN THE ER AFTER I WAS PREPPED WALKED IN TO THE NEXT ROOM AND HAD LUNCH THE BUILDING IS A TRAILER WITH PAPER THIN WALLS AS YOU WAIT YOU HEAR EVERYTHING THE NURSES DIDNT SEEM CONCERN FOR ME ONLY FOR THEIR WENDYS SALADS MAX TIME I WAITED 40 MINS AND THEN DR.
