I called this clinic to see if my insurance was accepted and they told me more than once, yes and it was in my Network. I then recieved a hefty bill 3 months later because the information they gave me was wrong. They then argued with me & said it was not their fault that they gave me wrong information. AND told me they were in my Network yet another time (WRONG AGAIN!) DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT want to take responsibility for giving out wrong information and didnt care about me as a customer. This morning I went to Medsave Clinic with a kidney stone. The staff was courteous and attentive. They made sure I was comfortable in the examining room. Dr. Drakes evaluation was prompt and professional.
After reading the review from a prior patient I was skeptical about going to MedSave. I went anyway and was surprised at the excellent service and attention I received. I was very impressed with everything and would definately go to Dr. Drake and his staff agian. The wait was not bad and Dr. Drake was very attentive to me. I was seen at Medsave on Mon. It was my first consult with Dr. Drake, the neurology/pain management specialist I was reffered to. I was immediately welcomed and the receptionist was especially nice. I even had to take along my 4 1/2 year old daughter- who was also treated nicely and respectfully. I did not wait long. I do understand about the walls being thin - but its not that they are thin-- the walls do not connect with the ceiling. It did not bother me. Staff was professional and courteous. Short wait to see physician.
This clinic was very unprofessional, that wait was outrageous. the waiting was filled with patients that were high, it was obvious it is also a pain clinic.The service was poor and the wait was forever then after i left i needed a prior authorization done it never got done and i had to go to doctors office to get my meds called in to the ins . co. the nurse at medsave replied i do not how to do a prior authorization. Is she really A Nurse??
I was very happy w/my visit to the clinic as you never know what to expect.Dr. Drake and staff were very nice and helpful the Dr. told me that the medication I was on before there were all reasonable meds for m all of my health problems and that he would continue keeping me on them.So I will continue to be seen there.The only problem I had was getting my phone consultation on time so my meds could get here in the mail before I ran out of my meds.I am new at this and now realise how busy the Dr. is so I am going to make my ap... read more
