One of the therapists employed is disrespectful, rude, demeaning, unethical, and violates your civil rights - the gaslights the client to feel that it is their fault.
This clinic customer service is abysmal since they changed ownership. The don't respond to VM for over 5 days. They don't respond to pharmacies requests. And, they don't contact patients if there's issues with authorization for prescriptions. RUDE. Time to look for a new PCP.
