Went for a pre employment drug test was supposed to be billed to the employer, was billed to me instead. Have called several times and cannot get resolved, no return phone calls. Maybe this can get a response.
I've had to go a couple of times for myself or my boys. Once you're an established patient they get you in pretty quickly. Their bedside manner has always been wonderful and they've always been spot on with diagnosis and medications prescribed.
Very pleased with the service. They really care and knows how to treat people.
This is my opinion, but they charged almost $150 and pretty much told me to go to er and if things got worse and didnt try to find a solution for me, they spent less than 5 minutes with me. I wasnt happy with the service I received here so I just wanted to let people know that, I didnt felt like they cared or I received a fulfilling service.
The staff was really helpful and friendly. I will definitely be revisiting if I ever need to seek urgent medical attention.
Cut a chunk out of my finger cooking. These people leave me standing in the waiting room bleeding while they verify my insurance. They cant verify it and demand $175 before treatment. I wouldn't take my worst enemy's dead dog here.
The care at MedOne is great. HOWEVER, because it was a Saturday and they couldn't verify our insurance coverage we were requested to pay $170.13. Our copay is only $50. The following Saturday, we had to return for another visit and same thing happened, we paid $170.13. Our insurance paid the visits within 2 weeks of the visit. HOWEVER, they never sent us a refund.
