Great customer service. Husband and wife team, so the whole family can be well looked after. Bloods done on Saturdays. Quick and efficient. In and out in like 15 minutes. You get to bypass those waiting for the doctor. And they bulk bill for all that service and care. Recommend everyone to see them.
The doctors are great but the reception staff are not as helpful.
The receptionist was very nice - took a little effort to get her to understand what I was asking (I asked if it was bulk-billed - it was - and if I needed to book an appointment, I did), but was very kind and friendly. I saw Dr M Languid, who listened to all my concerns, asked relevant questions and helped me out in a practical way! Was really satisfied and pleased with the overall experience.
