Medlars has been a San Antonio tradition for over 40 years. The ONLY precious metal dealer recommended by the United States Mint, we are committed to fair and honest service. Our jewelry repair and restoration facility is clean and fully visible to our customers. Each work station is video recorded 24/7. Our equipment is state of the art allowing us to do what other jewelers can't. Our custom design is a virtual process allowing our customers to see images of their design 3 dimensionally before it's actually made.

I seriously cannot express how satisfied I am with their services. They made absolutely breathtaking designs from some old family rings. I need to particularly note how helpful and amazing Chapman Stout is. If you're looking for jewelry I definitely recommend you talk to him before you go anywhere else.
Medlars is a high quality jewelry store which offers outstanding custom jewelry work and sincere customer service. They created my University graduation ring and wedding ring/band.
Medlars has made TWO custom rings for me. One was using my mother's setting; diamonds from a ring of my late husband & a coin from my daughter. It is fabulous. I also used Medlars to appraise my jewelry & much to my surprise, I learned one piece was worth $10,000 and I had thought it was just good reproduction. They are honest & always very helpful.
