Marvin was awesome! He fixed everything super fast and took care of everything we needed. Super reliable and easy to work with—highly recommend!
The team was very professional and the property was beautiful!
I have lived here for 10 years and have never such a outstanding level of maintenance before, and that is all down to the maintenance manager, Marvin. He could not do a better job, and he is always there for the tenants; he always goes above and beyond what any tenant could expect or hope for, and ends every maintenance visit with "Let me know if you need anything" and you know it's sincere. I've been living in this complex for 8 years now. They have always had great management and maintenance. They always fix things quickly and are very kind and polite. And it is located in one of the most convenient neighborhoods of Los Angeles.
