I want to thank Marvin and his staff for my recent apartment renovation. After living here for over 12 years the place was in major need of an update. I got no argument when I requested new wall paint, carpet, floors, a ceiling fan and bathroom cleaning. It looks great again and I appreciate his help and effort. My place is good for another decade. Thanks!

Marvin, the maintenance manager does an incredible job. I had a problem with my sink just a couple of days ago, and he took care of it immediately.
