I would say, doctor and nurses are nice but the representative have no idea how to assist patients. You wait hours on the phone just to get them (coz it goes through the call center) and they would give you wrong information. If you have no idea about something transfer to someone to does. Jisss, how difficult is it?😠
The receptionist was so unprofessional and disrespectful . They hung up on me the second after I asked for a moment to review something.
Worst experience ever. Had to wait for almost 2 and half hours to see doctor. After which they did the tests and there is no response from the doctor yet. My test reports came in and there is no response from the doctor even after trying to contact.
