I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Mediora Health, particularly with Lauren Barrington. I attended due to a serious pinched nerve causing complete loss of feeling in my arm and hand, severe pain, and limited mobility. I work in construction, which is physically demanding and not something I could safely continue in this condition. This place is extremely unprofessional and strange. I had a really bad experience there on march 10. Iv ben using this place for a few months now for basic health concerns and follow ups and medication refills and then i get an email saying theres a family doctor thats accepting new patients and i can go see her at this location to meet her. I book an apt to go meet her and the day it was booked just so happens to be the same day i had another apt booked with a different doctor at the same clinic. I go there meet the doctor ... read more
My family doctor that works here is great but I am giving a 1 star because of the people who work at the front desk. Super lazy and dont want to get up off their easy-wipe seat for anything. They got one job and cant be bothered to do it.
