Sadly the visit here was far from great - the wait is over an hour long for a booked appointments (dermatology) and they still expect patients to come early 10-15 mins to check in... The chairs are not comfortable and add to the wait they just move you from reception to the rooms. Would urge to consider when booking apps or having referrals sent to this location.
OMG, I had an exact same experience as the last review. One of the receptionists is horrible— this young lady is so rude. My daughter’s appointment is at 3:00pm, and I have to take her from school earlier to catch this time. However, at 3:35, I was told there were still three people ahead of us; we are in an emergency as my daughter has another important tournament.
