Nice location, reception staff and great doctors too ! I took my younger sister here for a walk in appointment that I booked on line the day before, and we received great service from Dr Ngonadi. The Dr was very pleasant, helpful and attentive to our concerns. I also booked in again for myself later in the month as a walk in while my own GP was out of town and Dr Sharma was also great. I was puzzled at what happened to me there today, I usually go to there other location on Steeles but there very busy and they suggested try this New location so I stopped in to ask if they would have openings for walk- ins 2 lady's sitting there didn't even acknowledge me whatsoever ? All of a sudden another Woman walks in and is greeted right away I don't get this attitude at all needless to say I wont bother to waste my time coming here .
I had a great experience with this medical clinics. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.
On my last visit I was surprised as always by the kindness of the doctor. The waiting time is very short. And the doctor, as always, listens, treats and gives good advice. There is no doubt that the doctor treats from the heart and sees me as a person who needs help. Thank you for everything
