The doctor was efficient, professional, and very kind. The visit was well organized, I didn't have to wait long, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated their friendly manner and professionalism. Highly recommend this clinic!
A very good experience indeed. The staff call me a day before to remind us the address as this is the first time we visit this clinic; when we arrive on day, everything is smooth and we met the dr on time.

I was referred to this clinic by a friend who mentioned how convenient it is for both walk-ins and online appointments. She also said the wait times were usually minimal, which sounded ideal for me since I have a small baby. Unfortunately, my experience was not good. I booked an appointment for 3:15 PM, be there at 3:05 PM, but ended up waiting over an hour to see the physician. I had a great experience at MediOne Walk-In Clinic. The staff were friendly and professional, and everything was well organized. A special thank you to Atena at the front desk for being very kind and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made the whole process very smooth. Thanks to her help, I was able to see the doctor quickly without long waiting times. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend this clinic.
