Medifnormatix final review: We used this EHR for more than a decade until finally we decided enough is enough and moved to NextGen EHR and Practice Management about the year 2020 because not only Medinformatix is not suitable EHR but also could not do Telehealth. The overall experience of more than a decade: is that the EHR and the Practice Management of Medinformatix has not been kept to date with the current technologies and not efficient like other EHRs today. MedInformatix, Inc. handles the MyChart website function for the Heart Group in Evansville Indiana. It is impossible to change my pass word and there is no option for contacting technical support. The application also fails to specify which doctor my scheduled appointments are with.
