I started out here with intentions to leave as soon as I finished graduate school. So many of the workers became like extensions to my family and the residents were people I loved. I started to see the leadership team grow and improve and I began to see a culture change with the new company coming in... we are still growing and learning but there has been such an incredible amount of growth here and I’m proud of the work and commitment of the employees and leadership team to the residents and the facility.
