Recently, I went to the office in Taft st. to check my thyroid and heart palpitations where one of the (lady) assistant humiliated me to the highest lever in front of others in the doctors office just because of a doctor bill I had not paid. Instead of being concern about my well being she was all concern about a doctor bill. I don't understand, how could she be so rude and why the Billing Personal did not call me herself private inside her office to discuss about the bill but instead of this happening I got insulted.
