"PLUS side": Nurse Practitioner Yohannis was professional as always. "MINUS" side: Medical Staff Members stuck my arms and hands FOUR TIMES but were unable to draw blood for lab work. I was NOT happy about this at all.
Very easy and efficient, and attentive nurse and doctor. Overall great experience - thanks!
What an absolute horrible experience.. 11am appointment, finally got called to the back @ 11:20am with just 1 person ahead of me… Waiting in the room for more than 45mins while you hear the doctor going room to room seeing other patients who showed up AFTER me and seeing there are now 4 patients on the wait list before me… waste of time and my money on uber …
I was a walk-in today. Check-in was all online. Person at the front desk was super nice. It wasn’t a long wait. The nurse and doctor in the back were both nice and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Definitely would come back for urgent care, but hopefully I won’t have to!
