I love MWW's integrative approach to wellness. The classes are fun, informative, and instructors always place an emphasis on form/technique for proper alignment and muscle integration and doing what feels right in your body. The stretching, strengthening, and pilates classes have gotten me in shape for busy summer activities in Jackson Hole. Anytime things are not feeling quite right, there are options for massage/ stretching/ chiropractic, etc to get you back to 100%.
