A couple of years ago, I was determined to "wean" myself off of HRT, harmone replacement prescription. I am considered a high risk for breast cancer, and hrt's are dangerous in so many ways. I tried over the counter estrogens, creams, etc. Increased vitamin supplements and herbs, nothing worked. My PA wrote me a presc. for Medicine Man, and my life has improved 100%!! i only recently had a problem with my refill. i called to leave it, and the lady transferred me to a recording. i left all the info including my name and number. days passed and i didn't hear anything. i thought they would call and let me know it was ready. they did not. not it's saturday and they're closed. i ran out of one of the creams last night. so i'm out for the entire weekend. i thought this could have been handled more efficiently.

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Is it easy to refill a prescription over the phone at this pharmacy? Absolutely! I can always refill my prescriptions easily and quickly! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this pharmacy have your prescription ready when you arrived at the designated pick up time? Yes

Has your medication ever been out-of-stock at this pharmacy? Never! They always make sure my medication is available Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that!
