Nice Friendly Clinic Good Doctors
I dont understand some of these bad reviews as my experience is very good here always. My dr is dr clement. The receptionists are very nice, never any issues. They have good attitudes in my experience and do their jobs well. The pharmacy department is great too, and they did delivery for my medication so i didnt have to return another day which is so convenient. They are friendly and quick. The receptionist (Indian lady) was very rude and unhelpful. She spoke in a rude tone and did not seem interested in assisting properly. It made the overall experience unpleasant. I suggest that the Medicare Centre authorities replace her with someone who deserves to work in that position.
Worst service ever i had received specially from front desk staff. Someone should tell that girl how to talk to customer without showing attitude
Went here today for the first time, amazing experience! Staff is very kind, as well as the doctor that helped me. Short wait, was messaged to come back as well! Would recommend going here for help:)
