The owner, Susie, is the pharmacist I prefer. she's super sweet and if she has to tells you no, she explains why without using a judgemental tone. the other pharmacist, the blonde, is the worst pharmacist I've had to do business with. She's so concerned about being right that she doesn't listen to what the patient has to say. She did not listen to what I was saying, just talking to me, not with me. My daughter recently had a three part surgery and has been in a lot of pain that her medicine was not controlling. I had to take her to the emergency room and they prescribed her something different. When I dropped off the prescription at Medicap, I was informed that they didn’t have it on hand and they called every other pharmacy in Gillette and found no one had it either. 5 stars every time. I cannot tell you how many times I’ve been to medicap in the last month. In tears. Confused. Annoyed. Stressed. . Etc. They have always been patient and kind. So many times they have mothered me and made me feel better. They sincerely care about their patients and are incredible people. I’m very lucky to have them helping me.
This pharmacy is great! The staff is always friendly and helpful! They take time to help each individual need! Very knowledgeable! To top it off they have a great delivery service that is so helpful! I feel they go above and beyond for their customers! Best pharmacy by far!

Always helpful and short wait time! Drive through is great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. If u go to Walmart try Medicap once, you will love Medicap also.
