Absolutely horrible place to work for and to get health care from. Very unprofessional management and poor care for patients. I recently got let go for lack of training or so says the “supervisor” I will never have anything good to say about this place absolutely disgusted and mistreated. My coworkers at the SOUTH location are amazing as for the others, the way they talk to patients is so unprofessional and rude and to me as well and mocked me when I would speak and made comments about me being OCD. RecommendedThe only place to go for your medical problems
Two misdiagnoses from 2 different doctors. Try to get re-established with a PCP only to wait an hour and 15 minutes past your appointment time to not be seen. Tell the receptionist you can’t wait any longer to be seen, only to be stared at. Then wait on hold with billing for 10 minutes to get your copay refunded to be told you should have asked the receptionist for the refund. Customer service and quality care is seriously lacking.
