This place sucks do not use them I had a appt with Kristen for a facial after a week of waiting for appt I show up and the receptionist told me she had been calling me for 2 days because Kristen was ill when I ask her about my number she missed it by one number serious that's a old trick hun!!!then tries to rebook me for 2 weeks later serious she was rude and unsympathetic she pretty much blamed it on me I will never use this spa !!!!
Loved this place. It’s just upsetting they no longer offer many sevices and my main girl is no longer there (Alison) and they can’t give me info as to where she went. �
This place is a joke! No help and someone got a free spa treatment on us!
Josh was a phenomenal massage therapist! definitely look forward to coming back!
I've tried other places for a nice relax message. But, there's no place like Watson clinic Bella Vista Spa. A true member for 5 years now.
