I’m so glad they parted ways with the rude receptionist. She was awful. My most recent appointment was with Valerie the NP. She was so polite, understanding, listened to my worries and all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that made sense instead of using all that medical jargon. She was very thorough, gave me medication samples and even asked if I could afford my medication and then printed a prescription coupon for me. Exceeded my expectations.

They like to do a lot of testing without actually going over the findings or results with you as they go. They also don't have a lot of providers that do the testing, so something that is necessary in 6 weeks won't get scheduled for at least 4 months. The receptionists are great but the NP Kathleen is very unprofessional in my opinion. She didn't listen to what I was telling her about my symptoms, but more filled in the blanks with what she thought I was dealing with.

I was referred to this office by my provider, since I have migraines and occasional seizures. They did tests etc. And found the problem. However- I am on a oral headache preventative that I take at onset of a migraine, it works well for me and doesn't have the side effects etc. The neurologist, however keeps pushing an IV form, that has a lot of side effects etc, so I declined, but the Dr. Keeps telling me, how he hasn't had anyone who's had problems etc. Contrary to what has been reported!!!!!! Kelly is EXTREMELY unprofessional and then tried to say that I was being rude simply because I asked to speak directly to the NP that I had seen so that I could ask her for a recommendation to another office. Kelly made financial assumptions that I could not afford testing if my insurance did not cover it with a preauthorization.
