This is the worst company. On August 19 I had acalled flood in my basement 3.5 inches of water. my portable oxygen was in basement. called Medical people on the 26 of August to inform them of the portable . They said they needed a police report. police cam gave me a report # called back now they want the report from police to be faxed. called back police and than when I was released from Hospital. Taking them over a month to get my new Replacement CPAP Machine, ive been emailing, calling, even went to the local office by Mallard Square. I feel like total crap now thanks to not having my CPAP for a MONTH ...It takes a month to deliver a CPAP machine!? Total incompetence and neglect! If I had the money,id sue them so hard they wouldnt have a penny! Hire more and better people or you will eventually lose your business. Its not a business to your clients , its life or death in many cases and thus is bullshit!
