I shouldn't have to use a company like this for my child... but I do. And I have not had any problems with medical resources. We always get our supplies monthly and phone calls through out the year to check to see how things are going. ALways friendly and professional.

Unprofessional. Poor customer service. My daughter was referred because her previous supply company didn't take Medicaid anymore. We were sent to Medical Resources and were misled about how the equipment would be billed. They NEVER billed her secondary (Medicaid) because they felt that Medicaid would not pay bc BCBS reimbursed at a higher rate. They are supposed to bill both insurances and WRITE OFF balance if Medicaid denies due to BCBS reimbursing at a higher amount. NOW, they are trying to bill my 19 year old disabled dau... read more
