I want to give them a negative review. They play phone tag and will mislead you, I had already paid my bill using my own private health care provider, yet they indicated that they have not received any information in regards to the payments (lies) I called the hospital and they stated that they have complete access to my records. They only want to scam you out of paying them money. STAY AWAY from this company. After the interview and being hired, I was asked to purchase an iPhone and iPad with my own money. I was then asked to purchase $400 gift cards to submit in order to get my equipment up and running. I fell for it and am out $400 because now I refused the position and they are NOT refunding me the gift cards I submitted to them, both have zero balance.I was also asked to purchase an additional $500 gift card for my PC, which I did not do. I learned a life lesson but it cost me!

I am a personal injury attorney. This company uses fraudulent tactics to try and get the auto insurance companies to pay instead of health insurance. They sent the auto insurance company a letter saying that there were no sources of recovery for this loss. They included a copy of the bill. If you look on the bill it showed my clients health insurance info. It is fraud.

Called after obviously finding leaked information somewhere. They always start off saying they are looking for insurance to process bills. But never say who they are or what bills they would need insurance for. 100% a scam. Like the other reviews, don't give them any information.
