Only thing i have to say is I'm utterly disgusted by this pre surgery office and this hospital system. My mom had a pre surgery appointment for her eyes as she's elderly. To preface she's also in a wheelchair. Prior to making the appointment we asked if my mother's bariatrics wheel chair would fit. They confirmed. We arrived had to pay for a shuttle and wait for an hour just to get told they refused to take her appointment cause she's in a wheelchair.
