Visited here today for a consultation and my first treatment to remove facial hair, with the end goal of removing all facial and body hair. I’ve come back to this clinic after trying somewhere else and honestly, I’ll never leave again. The team here is just amazing so kind, respectful and really great at what they do. The lady at reception is always lovely, and communication is clear and easy. You feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk in. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality service and a team who truly looks after you.
My experience at Medical Laser has been very positive. The staff made me feel comfortable, and everyone is pleasant and approachable. My electrolysis treatment is working well. I recommend Mignon at the Angas Street clinic; she is skilled and offers helpful advice on treatment.
Had my appointment cancelled 1.5h before the scheduled time via text message. No apology for the inconvenience caused, explanation or offer to reappoint !
