RecommendedHad an x-ray (3/17/21). Charmaine was the X-ray Tech. Very personable and efficient in her job!! Kim checked me in at the front desk and was very professional as well. All my doctor visit, emergency room visit and hospital stay I would rate a 9-10 across the board!!

RecommendedI went to have a blood test. The lady I first saw was Symura. She asked me some questions and then took me to the lab waiting room. Kinsley came out before I could sit down. Both ladies were very helpful. I was in and out very quickly. My experience today was very good. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs to have blood work done.

RecommendedEveryone I met was truly polite and nice to me. I have not have as warm and inviting Customer Service in a long time. Receptionist, Information taker and Lab workers were all so very helpful. I strongly recommend this location.

RecommendedHad an Ultra Sound 1/10/2021. I didn’t have an appointment but they were very nice and worked me in. I only had to wait about 15 minutes. My tech was Nicole. She was very professional yet very kind and friendly. Made me very comfortable. Would definitely recommend PMC.
RecommendedI go every few months or so to the lab for thyroid management. Angela is very friendly and helpful and Sharice made me feel comfortable during labs. Very friendly and great sense of humor. I can tell they live doing their jobs!
RecommendedPhenomenal customer service is what it’s all about at Pelham Medical center. Our visit couldn’t have been any better! Latrice was friendly and helpful and the nurse who took Dylan’s Blood... he didn’t have her name but wonderful, sweet and funny is how he described her! She even hooked him up with some Pink tape:) We will be visiting them once a month and looking forward to seeing them!
