Medical Express PSIs prices are outrageous.
Paying a bill online is difficult and the website interface is terrible. There is no field to link your payment with an order number, name, account number. It asks for an invoice number which the customer is not given. The site has an open text field where you can type whatever you want but apparently does not link to the statement you are trying to pay. If online payment is not easy (or not made available) it should be removed from the website and from the statements as an option. (The product is good though!)
