Room has not been cleaned...still had urine in bathroom from previous patient. Bathroom not cleaned. Not a washcloth in sight got healing mom wash her face last night or this morning. Asked for a tub bath hours ago and fou hours later, No one has come. Meds not given on time. Meal trays are served on night tray but not opened so patient can eat.
