Be careful if your contacted by phone or text message by this company. Call your insurance company and job to confirm they requested an appointment with them. They will receive your information via third party and objective is to charge you for medical expenses but not help you. I am a firefighter and was contacted by them recently and found out my insurance company and job didn't even know about them at all so I cancelled the appointment.

I am appalled with my IME report by Dr Cody Mead. I have been under care for my left knee going on 3 years now. I haven't been able to obtain a job nor could ever go back to what I used to do before my work related injury as a Correctional officer. I have multiple findings with my knee because of the injury I sustained at work I suffer daily mentally and physically. I saw Dr Mead in April. First of all he did not ask me my level of pain. This company cost me a year of my life because of a MRI review for a worker's comp insurance company. I have never met them nor was ever examined by them. They looked at an MRI that 3 other doctors and the MRI technician reviewed, examined me, and all came to the conclusion, was caused by a work related injury. One of which was a state appointed designated doctor which reversed their flawed opinion.
